Carlos Sorín
Carlos Sorín is an Argentinean writer and filmmaker born in Buenos Aires in 1944. He has directed several films, such as La película del rey (1985), La era del ñandú (1986), Eterna Sonrisa de New Jersey (1989), as well as the acclaimed Historias mínimas (2002), El perro (2004) and El camino de San Diego (2006). He has received over 20 international awards for his contribution to the field. In 2010 he joined Salado Media’s staff of directors. At the moment Sorín is working on the development of his upcoming fiction feature.
